SEC baseball coaches pick Alabama to finish last in Western Division

Vanderbilt named the league's team to beat just ahead of Florida and LSU in very tight voting

After not making the SEC Tournament for the last two years, the University of Alabama baseball team was picked to finish last in the West Division by league coaches.

The Crimson Tide didn't have anyone on the preseason All-SEC team, either.

Vanderbilt was tabbed as the team to beat in the annual annual preseason poll released Thursday. The Commodores landed six first place votes, while LSU had five, Florida had two and Arkansas received one.

The college baseball season begins February 15.
