Cal Baseball Video: Jared Horn Talks About His 7 Shutout Innings Vs. Stanford

Horn (5-1) allowed only three hits while lowering his ERA to 1.79

Cal right-hander Jared Horn dominated second-ranked Stanford in the Bears' 18-2 victory over the Cardinal on Saturday.

Even Horn had to admit that this one "was up there" among his best performances of the season.

He probably could have had a complete game but he was replaced after seven innings with the Bears holding a 15-0 lead. He did not allow a hit until there were two outs in the fifth, and he allowed no runs and three hits while striking out six in his seven innings.
