Travis Etienne ranked the No.2 running back in the nation

USA Today Sports: "Etienne is no longer flying under the radar after his sophomore successes, which included an FBS-best 24 rushing touchdowns on 8.13 yards per carry during the Tigers' perfect season."

247Sports ranking: No. 1

Our take: How good was Etienne as a sophomore? He averaged 8.1 yards per carry as the Tigers' lead back, though Clemson OC Tony Elliott made sure not to overwork him. Etienne only exceeded 15 carries three times and managed eight 100-yard games. One of Etienne's most special qualities is that he shows up in big games. "There's not many guys who like to tackle Travis," Dabo Swinney told ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit during Clemson's spring game.
