This seems a little overly harsh. I'm not sure its fair to rank any of the coaches who haven't coached at all in the Big 12 - but to put a coach with Klieman's history at NDSU at the bottom of the list is unfair:
I kind of agree. I know it's not a perfect comparison level to level, but you can't just discount the man's 4 natty's. I don't even know who Matt Wells is, but a .560 winning % at Utah State isn't exactly impressive. My inclination would be to say he fails at TTU. I know Neal Brown because I wanted him at KSU, but how can you say he's three spots higher than Klieman; just because he's coached at the level before?
Don't even get me started on the Mad Hatter and his championship from 10 years ago. His tenure at Kansas will be unremarkable.
