Oatmeal? Poached eggs? Granola? Ouch.
At this point, I can’t pick my breakfast. But I'm going to dig in on Arkansas-TCU, UCF-Michigan and Virginia Tech-Tennessee and see how it goes.

A lightning delay forces Northern Illinois to play into a triple-overtime defeat that didn’t end until the wee hours Sunday. Texas turns in its best performance against Notre Dame since it was coming off that tough loss to Santa Anna. And like LSU fans, I’m still wondering, who were those people wearing LSU uniforms in Lambeau Field?
You can't make this stuff up.
THE GAME: TCU giving 7.5 vs. Arkansas
THE PICK: TCU, 42-31
THE COMMENT: Neither team played particularly well last week. TCU had to battle past South Dakota State 59-41, Arkansas won by a Razorback-thin 21-20 over Louisiana Tech. The Horned Frogs, trying to extend their 14-game home winnings streak, will spread out the Hogs and put up some points. I saw Gary Patterson do this to Bret Bielema in the 2011 Rose Bowl, when Bielema had J.J. Watt on his side.
THE GAME: MICHIGAN giving 35.5 vs. UCF
THE PICK: Michigan, 52-3
THE COMMENT: Harbaugh continues to be nobody’s sweetheart when it comes to posting big scores. And with so many hungry freshmen trying to impress, the Wolverines will run amok. Again.
THE GAME: Tennessee giving 11.5 vs. Virginia Tech, at Bristol, Tenn.
THE PICK: Tennessee, 38-21
THE COMMENT: The Vols barely survived a tough debut vs. Appalachian State last week. That now will make them tougher, and ready for the circus atmosphere of 150,000 fans at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Last week: 0-3.
Season to date: 0-3.[/membership]
